For defective or damaged products, please report the issue to us within 7 days of receipt of your order. If the product is determined to be defective, it will be at the sole discretion of the management to either grant store credit or replace the item in lieu of the defective product if the item is out of stock.
All cancellations and refunds are issued only within 90 days of placing the order. A fully paid order may be cancelled for a refund within that period. However, for instalment payments, the first payments are non-refundable depending on the payment plan chosen.
Please note that Kinetiquettes is not responsible and will not reimburse the following: – Difference in exchange rates from the time of the original transaction to the refund date – Conversion fees – Bank charges – Shipment fee.
